In my classroom I have formed over the years the saying "your body is your home." It is my mission to teach my students how to adjust to environmental changes that occur and how it effects our body, mind and soul. Everyone is walking with something, if we choose to view our body mind and souls as the physical house we live in we would treat it so differently. We would as for someones advice when our roof leaks, when the floors flood and when the pipes go crazy. How we take care of ourselves in the present will only help us maintain a brighter future to look forward to. Your body IS your home. We have to be kind to it.
