I noticed that the mentor sentences contained lists separated by commas. I think this is something young students love to imitate, and it helps them grasp the usage of a comma. This mentor sentence had three sentences with negative comments. The third sentence had a list and used commas. The fourth sentence started with "but" and had something positive.
