Anabaptist's believed in pacifism, or that violent acts or war were unjust. Anglican services were held in English and were also more elaborate than in the Protestant Church.
Protestant vs. Anabaptist: Anabaptism is one of the major branches of the Protestant church with many similar beliefs regarding God and faith however Anabaptistism believed in saving yourself and repenting for your sins through being baptized as an adult.
Protestant vs. Calvinism: Protestant Church had a firm belief in that having faith in god and the bible alone would save you in the end. Calvinism had a firm belief that basically God already had a plan for everybody and there was no reversing that plan except that good morals were a sign of salvation.
Protestant vs. Lutheranism: Lutheranism was the spread of the beliefs of Martin Luther who believed that you could be saved through having faith in god and God's grace alone. Lutheranism was spread very easily at the time and cause quite an uproar for the Protestant Reformation. Both religions also read the Bible, however Protestants hold the Bible to a higher significance than Catholics. Protestants place a greater emphasis on the scripture being the true word of God. Protestants also believed that you could have a direct relationship with God. Catholics believed that you had to go through the priest to communicate with God. Catholics also believed in the power of the pope and the recognizing saints. They also believe that good works can influence one's salvation.
