TECHNOLOGY OASIFICATION
In hydrology, oasification is the antonym to desertification by soil erosion; this technique has limited application and is normally considered for much smaller areas than those threatened by desertification.
To help the oasification process, engineers aim to develop a thriving dense woody plant cover to redress the hydrological, edaphic and botanical degradation affecting a slope. This is done through appropriate soil preparation and the introduction of suitable plant species.

CONCEPT : EAST COAST

🍃the east coast state that prioritizes coastal and island tourism

🍃encouragement based on agricultural tourism and cross-border

🍃cultural and heritage ecotourism

Why I choose this concept? 

✨The state of the east coast richly biological diversity in the forest reserves, islands, beaches and mountains is closely related to the Pergau Lake area which has a natural beauty that is a tourist attraction and welcomes tourist arrivals from abroad.

✨Economically, the state is less developed compared to the state of the west coast of peninsular malaysia, so this concept can be attributed to Pergau Lake in terms of its weaknesses which are less attractive due to transport problems and geographical structure. And also the weakness of abondand land and no facilities needed that cause limited activity at Pergau Lake.

✨From the design point of the east coast Malay house is characterized by custom and nature. These features include natural ventilation, shading, safety and security as well as 'privacy'. For example, the most prominent feature of the Malay tradition house is that it is erected on a pole. Various advantages arise from this 'encroachment' include avoiding easy entry of wild animals, as well as elevated from flood levels. It is closely related to the design features that are suitable to be implemented in the lake of lobster as there are many wild animals and weather conditions that often destroy ecosystems and facilities there.

Feng shui also known as geomancy, is a pseudoscience originating from China, which claims to use energy forces to harmonize individuals with their surrounding environment. It is closely linked to Taoism. The term feng shui literally translates as "wind-water" in English.

Why i choose this concept :
1) Pergau lake is a natural place and not man making.
2) The elements of Feng Shui that is earth, wood, water,fire and metal is already exist at the site, so by apply the Feng Shui concept, it will enhance the nature enviroment for the user by space, activities,view, heritage, plant and strucrure

The HEXA word comes from a hexagonal form, where each hexagon vertex has different values ​​to describe one's psychology and give a meaning towards the user to the place.

Why im choosing this concept?

- Based on the site inventory and analysis that have been done, i have see a potential area based on the each site to give the sense as the picture above to the user.
