         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>We have to use reflection methods? Is this open to our own choice or is there a particular method of reflection you are looking to see? I have always used the Gibbs Reflective Cycle when writing about critical reflection, so I have all the resources in place to re-use that if possible.<br><br>You do have to use a reflective method, it is your own choice. Use the week 10 slides to read up on these, Gibbs, Brookfield (who you looked at in summer) Kolb or Schon would all be suitable<br><br></div>]]></description>

I will re-read slides regardless to pick any new references and citations out but I know I'm lucky that I have a lot of resources from my degree about teaching in SEN that I could utilise. <br><br>If you want to use content we have covered from the professionalism session e.g. your responsibilities, working with parents etc that is great.
