I am student second year, University of Malaysia Sarawak specialized in Corporate Management, Faculty of Economic and Business. Definition of leadership behaviour is trait and action that make an individual effective as a leader that guide, direct and influence the work of other to meet specific goals. In my opinion, behaviour that a leader must have are create an open and approachable environment, confident when the going get tough and be humble and learn from each other. 
Motivation is goal oriented characteristic that help a person achieve his/her objective. For me, my family was motivating me to achieve my dreams. They motivated by desire to provide for my loved ones. At school, I always shows myself leadership in variety of ways such as volunteer, tutoring, spearheading a school campaign and leading in youth clubs. Other hand, motivation for leadership by enjoying your job, highly motivated and committed to your work. So, leader important to accountable to motivate their team in whatever happen in quite challenging. 

Effective communication is defined as ability of leader to convey thee information to another effectively and efficiency. A good leader may with a good verbal, nonverbal communication skills that help others to sharing of information between people within a company or organization. For me, an effective leader must have these kind of tips to achieve the goals and objective of company or an organization. For instance, better control, more productivity, strong decision making, and personal connections. To achieve this theory, leader have to be confidence, listening and open-mindedness, etc. 

Influence of leadership can define as effect of person’s action have on attitude, value, benefit or action of other persons.  Meanwhile, power of leadership is ability of person to influence others to carry out order to do something. In my opinion, there are many ways to achieve this theory in our life by be personal, listen to others, be flexible, build trust with others, and be assertive. By doing that, people will see that you can explain in way that you are understand, and they will more willing to agree to what you’re requesting. 

 Authentic is self-awareness, balanced process and ethical perspective. An authentic leader by leading an example. Based on our current situation, if you ask your friends or team members to come to meetings on time and prepared, so you should as well too. This is because authentic leaders was inspire trust in our teams. To achieve this theory, we must support team member and inspire them. 
While ethical leadership is defined as leadership demonstrating and promoting normative through personal actions and interpersonal relations. I think that very one that will become a leader have to develop this kind of soft skill to improve their team dynamics and overall morale within the unit. For instance, by set an example, communicate ethics, be aware of values and respect.
