We used the Q-sort protocol to facilitate a structured conversation about writing with both our leadership team and teachers. This approach helped gather diverse perspectives from our community and supported the prioritization of next steps. While the conversation had the potential to be challenging, the protocol provided clarity and focus, resulting in a productive dialogue and a clear, shared direction moving forward.
