For the leveled books, I just tested it again and they all seem to work. Please make sure that you have Flash player. If flash player seems to not be the problem for you, there is also a section on my e-class page with leveled books. They are labeled "level A readers, level B readers, etc." Please check to see if those are working for you. 
If both those options are down you may choose to read any two books that you have at home to complete the response.

In terms of math, there is nothing that you need to pay for. They are all free. Please double check to make sure you are selecting the correct activities.
