Leadership Program Pathway: All months laid out by class level with what they will learn.

Assignments (30): Documentation and accountability. Leadership lessons/journal and general work.

Dress Up Days (10): Check off system and into gradebook

Club Participation (5): Must join club

Semester/Final Projects (10): Present in front of class to defend why they should get an A

Red Wave Events (15): students must attend 5 events per semester. Admin identifies 15ish events that would count as these that are eligible. Students document by doing a write up and take a picture.

Monday Shirts (15): Always wear ASB shirt on Monday.

Monthly Evaluation (15): Student fills out self eval. form.

Elections: make it simple if you aren't going to read it.

W - Work / Ice breakers for class by presidents

Class is divided up into groups that have different responsibilities.

8th grade:

• send application

• do activities to see if they get along with others

• Take current asb students with you to see the 8th graders work together

• Freshmen event in May for the new kids to learn the school expectations and identity

Year Transitions:

Freshmen - Look at evaluations and if they have a B or less, they don't come back.

Sophomore - Look at evaluations.

GO and have takeaways. 1 picture of them self and 1 picture of a fun moment. Take a picture of an experience at the event. These can be events that they are participating in as well.
