3 consecutive days to help conduct an initial SCM training1 day to help conduct an SCM refresher session Although these dates are traditionally spread out throughout the school year, we understand the disruption to the consistency of support at your school during those days.  However, as a benefit, your school will have a "resident expert" when it comes to de-escalation strategies for non-physical intervention and for situations that may require more restrictive interventions.
