I will make sure to save up for a couple years and live in a smaller condo, or with my parents before buying this house right out of college. I will save up my money until I am comfortable and financially stable to put down $49,000 then start paying my monthly payments with interest on my house. I love to travel so its essential to have a card that doesn't require any foreign fees. I like how there aren't any annual fees because that is the last thing I want to see on my bill at the end of the year. With PPO I would have more flexibility than HMO, but it might cost me a little more. It's important to have Health Insurance because I go to the doctors at least once and year and the dentist twice a year and that is just for checkups. If I were to get sick, or injured they would charge me to be seen by a doctor. This can pay for surgeries or anything that would bring me into the doctors office. I might still have to pay a little of the cost but no where near the total.

It's important to have car insurance because it's illegal to drive without it and because if I were to get into an accident and it be my fault, I 'd have to pay for my car, their car, and all the medical expenses. I wouldn't have anywhere near enough money to cover all of that so it's important to have insurance on your car.
