• 2 tazas de harina de trigo (cuidado si tu peque es alérgico)

• 1/4 de taza de aceite de cocina (puedes también hacerlo con aceite de bebé, pero no sería comestible. Aunque toma un aroma increíble).

• Si quieres añadir color, puedes usar especies como: paprika, onoto en polvo. Así podrás colorear tu arena. 

Nota: Recuerda que es importante conocer las alergias de tu peque antes de hacer la preparación.

Mezcla todos los ingredientes usando tus manos, hasta obtener la textura deseada. Debes sentirla tal cual como la arena. Si se pega a tus manos, tienes exceso de aceite y con colocar poco a poco más harina, podrás resolverlo. La arena comestible tiene la cualidad de que si tomas un puñado y lo aprietas, se compacta, pero si lo aprietas con fuerza, se desmorona.
