Hi, my name is Henry. I am in 5th grade. I like running (obviously). I like running long distances. I am very fast. I started running when I was seven. I have been running for 4 years. I usually run five kilometer races. I am very good at running. I run in a lot of races. I practice a lot. Right now my 5k record is 21:59. I run about 10 competitive races per year. Right now I am too young to be on a cross country team, so it is harder to run in competitive races. I come from a family of runners. My brother and sister both run cross country and my dad use to run cross country. My dad is the person who introduced me to running when I was seven. I usually run all of my races with my dad. Well that is my story of how I began running.

Hello, if you want to be an awesome runner, like me, you have to train a lot. I run a lot of long distance races. To ru long distance, like 10 miles, you have to have a good pace. A good pace is a speed that you can run at for the whole race. If you want to be a really good runner than you can join cross country. That is all I have to say.
