I am wondering how does Schoolkit determine the role of each team member on a project (i.e. lead, developer) and could we have a different role on each project we are on?

I notice that there's a gradual release of responsibility with clear milestones.

I notice the milestones are intentionally timed and sequenced.

I noticed clear structures for what and how I should be learning.

Project work milestones provide clear indicators with what I should be able to do to indicate/demonstrate my learning.

As a developer, I wonder what the rounds of feedback look like before content is considered final? Also, does multiple people work to develop a set of content or is that led by a single person?

there are clear milestones to determine one's own progress in each of the types of roles we serve as a specialist (developer, training lead and facilitator). It makes it easy for me to want to re-visit the document and set goals for my own growth.
a lot of work in partnership to cultivate growth and learning, which I am particularly excited about as I work really well in collaboration!
the roles of developer and training leads take most prominence as you move into month 6 - we take more responsibility and the lead for facilitators

What's the process if a milestone isn't met in the expected time?

What does an asset-based approach look like? For example, if a specialist is killing it in one area but struggling in another, what would it look like to leverage their strengths to support their struggle?

Relationship-building is at the forefront at almost every stage as well building our content knowledge.

Content Lead seems to be something we develop more beyond year one. It seems that Developer and Training Lead are the focus.

There is gradual release throughout the process to ensure there is a level of familiarity and understanding of the various role.
A great amount of support is provided throughout the process with a really clear onboarding vision.
Allows for a "non-linear" path. If milestones had not been met in the previous time frame, there is an opportunity to continue working toward them in the future.
Allows for individualized learning and growth opportunities in conjunction with the home manager.
