I do think that it falls under fair use, the video is given a different purpose than the original by making it scary. They only used parts of the whole thing it also gives credit to the creator. They didn't make a profit because of the video either, so I think that it would fall under fair use.

I believe this is under fair use, mainly due to it giving credit to the creator, and not using the same overall concept. They instead, make it scary, changing the message of the story told, and therefore, not making it copyright. He gave credit to the creator and the songs he used, therefore he did not illegally use it.

I believe that it is fair use because it follows the 4 points of fair use. It uses small clips of the Mary Poppins movie, the creators changed the meaning of those clips to their own, and they reworked it too. By what I could tell, it couldn't be used for making a profit. With all these factors, it falls under fair use.

Why I think that it was fair use because it was a scarier version of Mary Poppins, It gave credit to the creator and didn't use the all the movie scenes from Mary Poppins. Because of these reasons I think that would be considered Fair Use.

I believe it does not fall under the fair use, because most of the clip was from the movie. If it gets enough views they can make a profit. They did however change the purpose of it but it does not follow all the points.That is why I believe it is plagiarism.

I believe this video does fall under the fair use policy. While we aren't told if they were given access by the creator, it was created for parody purposes. I did notice, however, there was no credit given to the original creator of the movie, which may be a copyright offense.

I do think it falls under fair use because he re-worked it and made it his own. He also gave credit to the music and who made the film he is basing it off of. He doesn't look like he is trying to make any profits off of it, I think he is just trying to make people happy.

Yes, they are not using the actual sounds. They are only using the video clip. It makes it look scary, so it adds an original meaning. (But I don't think I want to watch it!)

I think the video "Scary Mary" does fall under fair use. The creators changed the meaning of Mary Poppins into a different thing that makes people scared or frightened. They took clips from the movie and edited and formed them together to Produce a video that has the same content, however a different message.

I think this video does practice fair use. Whoever made it, is parodying Mary Poppins as a horror movie. They credited all of the creators, too. So, I believe that this trailer follows all of the rules of fair use.
