Team 4 checking in here. We mostly met today, only missing one team member. We decided on a few norms and modes of communication:

1. We will use a messaging App (Group Me) to communicate throughout the week, as our schedules were fairly tough to line up (time zone difference, and everyone works full time plus college).

2. We will also have a shared/running Google Doc where will we house and work on all of our ideas/information/ and anything else we need. We will also eventually create a shared Google folder to compile our game pieces.

3. We will meet once a week on Sundays to culminate our efforts, touch base, and verbally discuss anything that is needed.

Group 3 has met. We were able to introduce each other while also getting to know a little more about each other. Throughout this process, we are going to do a couple of things in terms of communication.

First, we will be using WhatsApp for our baseline of day-to-day communication. This is where we will be able to collaborate outside of our meeting time.

Second, we will be meeting once a week via Zoom at 8 pm every Wednesday. During this time we will be able to talk virtually face to face to begin and create our game. The Zoom link will remain the same throughout the process.

Third, we will have a Google Drive for all to access. In the drive, we will store all aspects of our game along with any information we may need. This drive will be accessible to all members.

At today's meeting, we decided on the following

1. We will meet at ZOOM every Tuesday at 16:30 local time.

2. To facilitate communication, we have created a group to share some of our feelings, thoughts or other things we want to share.

3. We will have a Google Cloud account to store records of our interactions and future files, etc.

The first meeting was delightful and went very smoothly. Team 6 looks forward to the next meeting。^~^

Our first meeting was good! It was nice to put a face and voice to a name. Our group already seems very flexible and comfortable with each other. There is a mutual understanding that we all have busy schedules and will try our best to meet when we can. We decided to keep the same time we met today (Saturdays @ 8:15 am US) as it seemed to work for most of our group members. There was also an understanding that if a member was not able to meet, notes and information would be communicated through our group chat.

We have used WhatsApp to create a group conversation. We have agreed to use this to communicate freely, whenever needed.

One of our group members is also creating a Google Drive folder to share with the group. This is where we will keep a document of ideas, meeting notes, etc.

We are all looking forward to collaborating with one another on this project!

We have all been able to connect. We have decided that video calls will be made weekly through Zoom and we will continue to talk to each other through the WhatsApp group we created last week. We all agreed that Saturday will be the best day to meet and talk about the project.

1. Tasks will be assigned and during the week they will be done individually.

2. To speed up the work we will create a shared Google document where we will do the work.

Most of Team 9 was able to meet today at 11:00am US via Zoom. We have been emailed back and forth to attempt finding a common time for us to all meet virtually. We introduced ourselves, shared our teaching background, and discussed some ideas we had for meeting further over the course of this project. Here's what we have accomplished so far!

• We used the Doodle App to create a poll that helped guide us to a common meeting time that we would be able to meet virtually on Zoom.

• We have decided that Saturday's at 11:00am US time would work best for all of us. We plan to meet on Zoom moving forward as well.

• We have attempted to implement the Remind App as well as GroupMe to stay connected through group conversation. We have agreed to use these platforms to communicate about our project. We are working on getting onto the platforms this week, and we plan to check in during our virtual Zoom meeting next week to see if everyone was able to get on. If there are any complications, we will work together as a group to find a solution!

• One of our group members has created a Google Drive folder and shared that with out group already (Thanks Kara!) to be able to give us a place to keep our work in a safe place as we progress through our project.

We are all very excited to work together, and it was such a lovely experience meeting with them so far!

Three of us were able to meet virtually but all of us have been in communication through email. At our meeting, we decided on using WhatsApp for communication and to meet through Teams on Sundays at 10:00am US time. This will help us communicate throughout the week and work on our project.
