Every day, when Erik comes to my classroom to clean in the afternoons, he ALWAYS asks how my day went. It's so nice that he takes time out of his day to ask how mine went.

Also, he always ensures that it's okay to come in to begin cleaning to make sure he isn't interrupting a conference or meeting. It's so respectful and so appreciated! Thank you for being so awesome, Erik!
