Having spent my early years by the ocean, in Malta, swimming and diving into deep water caves, finding curiosity and comfort in the algae-lathered cavern rocks, I became connected to the natural world. Coming full circle, after disconnecting as a teen and young adult, I now find myself connecting back to the natural world and finding the most solitude in my garden.


During COVID, like many, becoming self-sustainable became my mission. Consequently, I ripped up my professionally manicured, perennial garden and decided to plant food for my family! Since then, I've been learning as much as I can about food sustainability and how to best nourish my family and friends.
