Kids communicating the success - - - invite them to BOE meetings, target the entire community  - - - own internet channel, projects they are doing.  Long-term dream.  Community can see that investment is paying off.  
Celebrating the kid who is not going to college - - - Ford Next Generation Learning - kids graduate with associates degree or Industry Recognized Credential so they are employable once they graduate.
