         <description><![CDATA[<div>Given the potential ongoing use of Zoom as well as a need for expanding students' learning opportunities through the use of technology, it would likely be helpful to have a couple of learning facilitators share their experiences with using their LMS to support students in engaging in the learning process while allowing the facilitator to engage in small group or more individualized sessions with learners.&nbsp; Our learning facilitators are on a continuum with their understanding of blended learning.&nbsp;<br><br>Another area that we're looking at is evidence of learning- How do we know a learner has acquired the knowledge/skill to a level of proficiency? What evidence should be "gathered"?  How does the evidence gathered inform instructional practices?<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A few years back, there was a plan to create posters for the taxonomy, planning (stimulus) questions, three circles with info about reasoning processes, content knowledge, and habits of mind, and "habits of mind".  I think selling these could be a profit making endeavor- not tons of money but gets "CCL" out there in print, and the posters are an important resource for learning facilitators.</div>]]></description>
