Connections is very important to me. And I think to all my fellow teachers because we got to see every grade has "the struggle". And we bonded and celebrate each other.

I like working in teams creating things or activities talking about differentiating lesson plans, how to help students in different ways.

Technology dependent parts are difficult to manage when wifi was not working. So maybe finding activities that are not technology dependent. I can't do that in my tech free class.

Maybe having a class on differentiation where it is specifically for subject and grade level based instead of mixed and one that is to see how teks increse in difficulty from grade

Working and developing lessons with other fellow teachers open my mind to carefully pin point exactly how to create better lesson plans. I like the group connections it allowed me to hear and see how every grade level has its challenges, it actually made me feel like i wasant the only one struggling.
The two things i would change would be use of techonology, not having access to wifi made it difficult for me to participate in some of the activities. And lastly perhaps beginning the class at 8:30 would be great.

I like the way we were working with groups. That helps to learn about each other's experience. Good communication with the instructor. Learning how to differentiate students learning and how to assess them. technology
