Using basic first aid is the more advantageous choice when the wound is small/not that severe. It can save time and money, although if it is a severe wound calling an ambulance, more help, seeking more medical attention would be the better choice. Learning first aid is the first step to having more medical knowledge.

All people can learn first aid, first aid can help recover a wound/injury. First aid is helping people with minimal  equipment. That is why all people can learn it because it does not require that much materials. First aid is beneficial to small wounds. Although first aid is limited to some procedures it still helps to learn and understand it.
