We have prepared nasi kerabu during this class. It is a dish that originated from east-coast peninsular Malaysia. The blue colored rice is served with roasted beef,sometimes fried fish or fried chicken. The dish also accompanied with various vegetables, fish cracker and boiled salted egg.

During this class, we are instructed to prepare nasi dagang, a dish that also comes from east-coast peninsular Malaysia. The rice is a combination of glutinous rice,brown and white rice that are cook together. This dish are accompanied with fish curry, boiled salted egg and pickled vegetables.

Laksa Johor. A dish that is first prepared a chef that worked for Sultan Abu Bakar. The chef took an inspiration from laksa utara and make a tweak to the dish by substitute the rice noodle to spaghetti. The gravy also a bit different to the Laksa Utara which has taste like curry.

Nasi Ambeng is a popular Javanese dish. However, it also a popular dish among Malaysian. It is unique as the rice and fried noodle are serve together. The side dish are chicken in soy sauce, chicken or beef rendang, stir fried vegetables, fried salted fish and sambal jawa. Usually, this dish is serve during festive event or a feast.

During this class, we are assigned to come up with one product to be sell after the class. It is group project and we are allowed to cooperate with another group to sell the item. We came up with chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream, top with love letters biscuit nd white chocolate chip.

This the second day in making flower for our dummy cake. This flower is name ranunculus. It took us about an hour to make a few of this. After getting the basic on the first day, the process making the flower becomes easier.
