Nihilist Cipher, found a clue on the video with images of mri, the title “st petersburg”, (russia), Coldwar cipher used was the nihilist cipher. I have tried singular words with a key to try and do the calculation but nothing is adding up yet.

A Nihilist cipher is a 5x5 grid where you pick the word preferably not duplicate letters, followed by the alphabet without repeating a letter, I/J use the same box and J is usually dropped, if a letter is repeated you move to the next letter. You then use a keyword which by using the grid reference would give you a 2 digit number, subtract that with current code and cross ref the grid to get the letter. I have tried the following words/keywords: (Can not use the same word at same time for both key and encryption)
