One of the main takeaways was that there's a large social component in health outcomes and access to healthcare.<br><br>Examples of ways in which health inequities are being resolved:<br>- Self-Employed Women's Association (SEWA) in India<br>- Conditional Income Transfer in Brazil<br>- Multilevel intersectoral action for health in Sweden<br><br>Education about health has the ability to transform communities.<br><br>Empowerment begins on the individual level, then communities, then countries.<br><br>The future of care is at the primary care level/preventative medicine.</div>]]></description>
