In relation to the assignment, try not to worry to much we are still at early stages, but I am glad you asked. You are reflecting on one theme you learnt from the module, not the module overall. This could be consent, advocacy, confidentiality, spirituality etc. Something you learnt about that will help you develop your role as nurse. There is no rush at this stage but trust yourself.

Am i right in understanding that if a person has full capacity but is detained under the MHA; the MHA can overule a persons right to consent/refuse treatment.. to be treated lawfully in their best interests ONLY for their mental disorder?
This is correct however this can only implemented following a detailed assessment by a team of professionals. Consider what this means for a mental health nurse as an advocate.
Also can the two pieces of legislation MHA and MCA be used together or would the MHA over ride the MCA?

I scanned my assignment through turn it in and got 27 percent plagiarism (most of it was my references). I'm confused because I followed the BCU referencing guide and got clearance that my referencing was okay from PDD. Also, I made sure to add citations where I paraphrased legislation in my own words.  I don't really understand why it came up as plagiarism
When submitting your assignment via turnitin there should be an option to exclude reference/bibliography.
Difficult to say without seeing but I would suggest that Including your reference list  has increased your score. You may wish to try without the reference list
