As a resident of Panania for the past 12 years, I can certainly tell you that it's a beautiful place to live.

Panania has beautiful parks and scenery all around, and has an unrepeatable village atmosphere that rivals inner city living.

Panania offers a peaceful lifestyle that escapes the rat-race of the city, yet is within easy reach of public transport and only a 30 min drive to the CBD.

Overall Panania is a fantastic place to live and serves as a great investment for your future.

I have lived here for 7 years and love the peaceful lifestyle. It is not too far from the city but far enough to feel as though you are out of it and nice to relax here on the weekend. It is a place where I want to raise my kids with a backyard they can play in and parks nearby.

The homes are all well looked after, have lovely gardens and lawns, there are pathways in all the streets and easy walkway’s linking the area with lovely parks throughout.
Lots of great restaurants are based in Panania and there is also Panania RSL which has regular entertainment and a great bistro.

Overall a lovely place to live and raise your family, settle down and retire.
