https://padlet.com/samuelreguerra/jn0hnc03ebf1w1g0 Victoria Lupian is a Latina Art Practice Major at UC Berkeley. She’s currently living in Los Angeles, working from her home studio, posting the progress of her many pieces on social media. Like many other art students the pandemic left Victoria without the resources UC Berkeley’s art department provided. However she was well prepared being a self-taught artist and had already accumulated some key supplies and reading material to supplement her courses. Currently her art practice consists of portraits showcasing Women of color. She uses a retro aesthetic similar to the flower power era of the 60s and 70s. She paints her portraits using a variety of techniques from watercolor to screentones. All while posting progress pictures and tutorials to her followers along the way. Victoria was recently chosen to the Undergraduate Committee for the Art Department and hosts studio nights every friday at 8pm. She encourages all to come and is eager to reach outside the department for participants. en-us 2020-11-23 06:59:30 UTC 2025-11-11 06:35:48 UTC hello@padlet.com samuelreguerra https://padlet.com/samuelreguerra/jn0hnc03ebf1w1g0/wish/951683899 Victoria's studio during the pandemic.]]> 2020-11-23 10:00:42 UTC https://padlet.com/samuelreguerra/jn0hnc03ebf1w1g0/wish/951683899 samuelreguerra https://padlet.com/samuelreguerra/jn0hnc03ebf1w1g0/wish/951686446 one of the many objects that can be found around her workspace
