We have not practiced evacuation drill for the campus--the kids have no idea where to go.  SAFETY is a huge thing that has not been addressed. We should all meet and have it set in stone our different lessons. Some faculty would miss so many days. Substitutes are already hard to come by for Mona, and so many teachers had to consistently sub during plan period. We are all happy to do this, but it became a constant occurrence. I hope our teachers could be held more accountable for attendance. There is NOT enough collaboration...especially in specific departments. Last time I checked there weren't any department heads at NHS...no monthly meetings, no structure, no leadership, no plan. We are wide open! Doors do not lock properly after hours. Too many kids are wandering in parking lots and through buildings during class time. Students are sneaking off campus for lunch . We have too many unsupervised entrances/exits to parking lots.
