  Every day I get up at 5 in the morning and have breakfast at 8 in the morning. For breakfast I prepare rib broth, corn arepa and orange juice. I commute to my workplace by motorcycle. My lunch hour is 12:30. For lunch I prepare beans, rice, salad, roasted sweet plantains and orange juice. Then I return home at 4:00 pm. After work, I organize the house and dedicate time to my son, I also prepare dinner and then I rest. For dinner I prepare eggs, arepas and have dinner at 6:00 pm. Then I go to bed at 9:30 pm. sometimes on weekends I share with my family in the park and we go to the pool, I also usually study English twice a week.
