I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at the Royal Oxford Hotel.

I made a reservation for 2 nights (2nd February - 4th February 2024) in an executive room at the hotel. The reason why I chose to stay at the hotel was it's a high class hotel, so I thought I would be a good experience.

However, my expectation didn't match with the realities.

On the night of 2nd February. I was woken up by a noise. I went down to the reception to make a complaint. However, there was no one at the reception.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at the Royal OXford Hotel.

I stay at the Royal OXford Hotel in 1st July, During the night I was woken up by some noisy people trying to climb a wall into the hotel courtyard . I went down to reception to tell a member of the hotel staff but no one was there.

I was angry and upset that no staff were on duty during the night.

Compensation is not actually my princepal concern. I would just like you to investigate the matter and ensure that shis situation does not arise in future with guests.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with my booking in your hotel .It was very inconvenient to sleep into the room , and we had a lot noise during the night through drunk people that climb a wall to the courtyard . When we was afraid and we start to call on reception no one was on the reception. I request you investigate the matter and we expect returning my money , because your service was inappropriate and didn't mutch with booking . I expect this matter to be resolved as soon as possible .

I stayed at your hotel between 5th of July to 16th of July. On 12th of July, I woke up because of the noise. Some people tried to climb a wall into the hotel courtyard. So I went down to reception to tell a hotel staff about this situation but no one was there. I am so angry about that because I couldn't find anyone to solve the problem.
