This means I would be as confident preparing online resources and guidance documents as I would be acting as a first point of call for queries and requests. Since most of my university work is independent, I am both self-motivated and well-organised. I produce high quality, extensive pieces of writing that I proof-read meticulously, often dealing with competing deadlines; thus, I am used to managing a varied, demanding workload. What motivates me most is solving problems creatively, and I would therefore be stimulated by resolving requests and reviewing resources. Engaging with students and the general public improved my communication and interpersonal skills, teaching me to communicate politely and professionally at all times. This job took place within a collaborative, stakeholder focused environment, which taught me not only the importance of teamwork, but also how to interact with a wide variety of stakeholders.
