Our Reflection

1. We used a formula to solve this problem (basic algebra, addition, multiplication)
2. All of it. We used these concepts because we had prior knowledge of an equation that estimated height.
3. Teamwork - We worked well together. Gabrielle brought in a formula, Sara did the math to solve the formula, Tevis kept us motivated and on track. Meeting in person would have helped minimize distractions (dogs, family members, etc.) and helped us work more quickly.
4. It didn't change how we thought about math. It reinforced that we wanted to avoid math; the open-ended nature of the problem was extremely overwhelming to us.
