         <description><![CDATA[<div>Breast cancer can not be prevented, however recent studies seem to show that the risk of breast cancer can be reduced by performing regular physical exercise (at least 4 hours a week), avoiding overweight and obesity after Menopause and regular consumption of alcohol.<br>It has been demonstrated by epidemiological studies that the use of hormone replacement therapy during menopause is associated with an increased risk of breast cancer.<br>  In women at very high risk of developing breast cancer there are several therapeutic options. Therapeutic possibilities are frequent revisions of prophylactic mastectomy and chemoprevention.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Breast cancer is the uncontrolled growth of mammary cells. The cells of the body are renewed by a specific process called cell growth: new and healthy cells take the place of old cells that die. But over time, mutations can "turn on" certain genes and "deactivate" others in a cell. The modified cell acquires the ability to divide without any control or order, so it produces more equal cells and generates a tumor.<br>The reason for this proliferation is not clear, although some factors are known that could increase the risk of this type of cancer.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Breast cancer in men is a rare disease. Less than 1% of all breast cancers occur in men. In 2016, about 2,600 men are expected to be diagnosed with the disease. For men, the lifetime risk of being diagnosed with breast cancer is about 1 in 1,000.<br><br></div><div>You may be thinking: Men don't have breasts, so how can they get breast cancer? The truth is that boys and girls, men and women all have breast tissue. The various hormones in girls' and women's bodies stimulate the breast tissue to grow into full breasts. Boys' and men's bodies normally don't make much of the breast-stimulating hormones. As a result, their breast tissue usually stays flat and small. Still, you may have seen boys and men with medium-sized or big breasts. Usually these breasts are just mounds of fat. But sometimes men can develop real breast gland tissue because they take certain medicines or have abnormal hormone levels.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In mammography, a series of signs can be seen that indicate, with sufficient precision, whether the lesion is suspicious of malignancy or not. These include:</div><ol><li>Calcifications: These are small deposits of minerals that appear as small white spots on x-rays. The very small ones are called microcalcifications and they can appear isolated or in group. Calcifications may correspond to benign tumors or malignant tumors.</li><li>&nbsp;Masses: may be benign lesions, as in the case of a fibroid, or malignant. They may contain calcifications or not.</li><li>&nbsp;Cysts: is a collection of fluid in the breast of a small sac inside the breast. Diagnostic examination should be completed with mammary ultrasound. It may be necessary to evacuate the fluid for histological examination.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>
