Either I or one of  my partners broke something so we had to work around that.
It has to be 24 inches or more,has to stand for 10 seconds,possibly making it as tall as possible.
Our budget was $40.00 and we only spent 18;00 cents

Yes we made it passed the 24 inch goal

Our entire tower was 27 inches
