1) Report to the company's Managing Director, En. Wan, together with the letter of confirmation from University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK).

2) En. Wan explains the history and how they develop Seroja Anggerik Travel & Tours. Later on, get acquainted with the staff there.

3) Learn to make a Package in Cameron Highland, by finding hotels and resorts that can work together as agents to offer cheaper deals to customers.

4) Create a new and more creative booking form for Seroja Anggerik Travel & Tour.

5) Fill out the customers information following the Package offered by the company into the new booking form.

Second day of SIEP

1)Fill out customer information in the new "booking form".

2)Kak Wawa (the staff) had given me the task of doing some research about Lost World Of Tambun, so that i can give opinion about offering more reasonable price to our customer.

3) Compare and evaluate affordable and attractive packages at Lost World Of Tambun.

1)Study the packages offered by Seroja Anggerik Travel n Tours.

2) Learn how to prepare Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) For touring package.

3) Create SOP flowchart for 9 islands provided in company pakage.

1)Started to draft the first SOPs about vacation packages on beautiful islands that have in Malaysia.

2) In the mean time, i also fill out customer data that wanted to follow our package.

1)Almost finished the first 3 island in malaysia for SOP including the detail of starting the traveling to the end.

2) There are several stages to start SOP..and have to take into account the important information details.

1) Starting my fourth island for SOP, which is i already become used to it now for making standard operation procedure.

2) Make additional information into the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) more fully.

1)Updating information and flow data on Standard Operation Procedure (SOP), into Microsoft Word.

2) Prints all Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) that are ready.

3) Which is total of nine island in Malaysia that been provided in the package of Seroja Anggerik Travel & Tour.

4) After that, we were geting all our equipment and flyers ready for tomorrow events .

Seventh day of SIEP

1) Starting my sixth island for SOP, which is quite interesting and had many facilities provided from our packages.

2) After finishing my sixth island, i started my seventh island for SOP.

3)Moreover, i also had enough time to finished my eight island for SOP, which is so productive for today to finished all 3 island for just one day.

4) Furthermore, i also had a farewell lunch with my intern mate, Marr, which we had at Bangi Central, so good to work with her and knowing her, although it just for a short period.

1)Starting my nine island for SOP, which is the last island .

2) Finished the last island for SOP in a short time actually, really proud of myself for getting used in making SOP.

3) The staff and i had a farewell lunch for me near Bangi Central.

4) I was so grateful to be having my first SIEP with Seroja Anggerik Travel & Tour teams, that had though me about SOP and Packages, which really open my eyes about tourism.

5) Learn new things and gaining a lot of experience in a short time(2 weeks).

1)Getting ready all the things that we need at the event today. Which is Sayidul Ayyam at Masjid Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin.

2) These events were held once in a month every year. I was very lucky to be joining these events on my internship.

3) By joining these events, is to gain people awareness about Seroja Anggerik Travel & Tour.

4) With these event, people can get to know more about our inbound and outbound packages.

5) After the event were finished we straight head back to our office at Bangi.

6) Before i went back, En wan and all the staff gave me a word of encouragement and farewell speech. I just couldn't thank more for them for giving me this opportunities to experience and learn a little bit of SOP and Packages in tourism.
