2] She means that as you go along in it, things slowly begin to intertwine and you discover little parts of the future from foreshadowing, but you cant know for sure what they mean till you get there. 
3] Juliet says that because if he were stars, he would be more brilliant and beautiful than the sun, so he will outshine the daytime, and everyone will love seeing the night. 
4] Shakespeare wanted the actors to put themselves in the shoes of the roles they were to fill. He wants to break it to the actors immediately so they know and understand the pain that their characters go through.  They talk about the tragic ending and the passion they convey.
5] Juliet is the female actress that isn't supposed to act.  The audience is so shocked because they probably forgot that the lovers would die, or it didn't sink in fully, and they killed themselves very painfully and violently.

2. Gwyneth means if you understand what Shakespeare is saying and the underlying meaning of his words then you know exactly what's happening in the plot of the story.
3.This was part of a monologue spoken by Juliet. If Romeo was a star, he would "put the sun to shame" and that everyone would love nighttime.
4. He is telling the cast exactly what happened in the scene instead of them having to analyze it themselves and was making them feel the emotions Romeo and Juliet went through when they saw each other dead.
5. The apothecary had watched Romeo and Juliet die together. The crowd reacted the way they did because right off the bat Shakespeare made his audience fall in love with Romeo and Juliet and they had never seeing coming (despite the preface) and the play had been such an emotional rollercoaster for the audience they would have never known what was going to come next
