         <description><![CDATA[<div>I learnt that the kidneys are in charge of our urinary system which is cleaning the blood from urea and excreted it through urine. Dialysis is when our kidneys fail to operate and clean our blood and have to use dialysis which is like a kidney as a machine you have to go 3 times a week for 3 hours which is very time consuming and difficult. </div>]]></description>
