I rarely procrastinate. I don't like procrastinating because I can't enjoy relaxing when I know that I need to be getting something done. When I know about an assignment and that it is due even not for a while, sometimes I do not feel like doing it. But I have a debate in my head whether I would rather do it tomorrow or not, and I manage to convince myself that it would be better if I get it done now. Sometimes I have to debate with myself a couple times before I can really get down to work. I try to reward myself with breaks once I get everything done. Making a list in my head the night before of what I will have to do the next day is also helpful. I don't prefer using apps because it just eats up more time putting the assignments in the app.
