• MY CONCLUSIONS AS A YOUNG TEACHER

  
  

- I became more confident in working with students and making lessons more engaging.

- I learned how to use different methods to encourage every student to participate.

- I realized that modern teaching methods are more effective than traditional methods.

- I learned to use visuals, discussions and activities made it easier for students to understand lessons.

- This research motivated me to keep learning and trying new ways to make lessons more interesting.

•Traditional teaching methods do not always engage all students.

•Some students are passive learners and do not actively participate.

📌My Research Focus became: Finding effective strategies to maintain high school students’ attention and engagement in class.

•12 out of 15 students found themes easier to follow when visuals and interactive methods like games and group activities were used.

•10 out of 15 students could recall the main points of the theme more effectively after participating in storytelling, debates and hands-on projects.

• 14 out of 15 preferred shorter explanations with discussions.
