         <description><![CDATA[<p>My thoughts about pupils after this explanatory action research:</p><p><br></p><p>1. Students are more attentive during lessons. </p><p><br></p><p>2. Interactive and visual-based methods improve engagement.</p><p><br></p><p>3. Frequent checks for understanding ensure students stay on track.</p><p><br></p><p>4. Teachers feel students are retaining knowledge more effectively.</p><p><br></p><ul><li><p>MY CONCLUSIONS AS A YOUNG TEACHER</p><p><br></p></li></ul><p>- I became more confident in working with students and making lessons more engaging.</p><p><br></p><p>- I learned how to use different methods to encourage every student to participate.</p><p> </p><p>- I realized that modern teaching methods are more effective than traditional methods.</p><p><br></p><p> - I  learned to use  visuals, discussions and activities made it easier for students to understand lessons.</p><p><br></p><p>- This research motivated me to keep learning and trying new ways to make lessons more interesting.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
