Author(title if no author): Business Insider
1 Fact: Cheerleaders have strict rules they need to follow to be able to stay on the team. One of them is their social media. They are strict as one of the New Orleans Saints cheerleader got fired for wearing a one-piece outfit and posted a picture of it on social media. She later sued them for discrimination. Her thoughts were that the NFL players don't have that much of strict rules to follow like they do when the games are focused on the players and not the cheerleaders. All NFL cheerleaders have different rules. For example, the Eagle's cheerleaders weren't allowed to have any social media at all for their protection. One of the biggest rules for most cheerleading squads is having communications with the players. Dresdynn Warnell said that they would go as far as if there were a group of football players walking in a restaurant the cheerleaders would need to leave even if they were there first.
Paraphrase or quote: "We will get fired and they won't," said Schuyler Warnell.
Location: Caption 33-39

In this article it talks about how their boss would make them jump or move around to see if their stomach would jiggle and if it did they were suspended for being over their weight limit. Cheerleading back then had been really strict. There was a cheerleader that had sued her cheerleading coach for duct taping her skin to make her look skinnier when she'd perform or cheer for the team.
Paraphrase or quote: "her coach called her skinny fat"
Location: 40-41
