A. What’s your biggest circle of influence? Where do you have the least authority/expertise?

My biggest circle of influence would be my friend group. Because most times my friends come to me for support or help and I'm always there to help and influence them or even give them advice. I have least authority at church because I'm just a small portion of the church unlike the others for example the pastor, the other leaders and older youth members that have been there longer then me.

B. Over the years, has there been a change in how much influence you have on certain people in certain settings? Where and how?

There has been little change in how much I influence certain people in certain settings because now instead of me helping everyone I only help/influence the people I know closer to me and who I trust more. Most of the times I do help others but don't put much care into them since I do not know them well enough. It was mostly in my friend group's. It mainly started because as I got older I realized that who I helped but didn't know much about they would use me instead of returning the favor to help me out.

If they get enough sleep they will be more awake and give more participation which the claim can also help in stress since they will have more time and understanding of what to do.

vi.

The person who i am thinking of interviewing is either my friend Genesis who dorms on campus or my friend Emely who commutes like how i do. If i interview Gen i would ask her questions about how her life is dorming at st.johns, what activities does she do when im on my way home or am home. How she schedules her time with her classes, studying and just having free time in her dorm. Even ask her if living on campus makes it more free to do whatever she wants without having to worry about getting home late or if it feels the same as if she were living at home. If i interview Emely i would most likely ask what she does when she’s not at school, if she manages her studies outside of school as well or just her own thing and when she comes to school she’s focused and studies in campus. I would also ask her is she would rather commute since she is with family or live on campus and experience dorming life. There will also be questions on whether or not dorming or commuting helps your studies or not. Or if it is easy to manage study time with outside activities as in work, taking care of siblings,or even just spending time with family.

"Putting myself out there and just opening doors which I wouldn't open before." Words that meant a lot for her and I even think for others around the world should develop that mentality. So many people stay closed off and never ask for help or take opportunities when given. She talked about her dorm life how they made an agreement and will talk it out if there are any problems.

"I use google calendar a lot, I love it. I spread out what time I can do, see what time I have free and fit what I need to do..." she told me, in the library while showing me her computer screen which had her calendar. "I do enjoy it definitely it is something that I brought a new perspective towards me, meeting new people and seeing the difference in people." she said. "But just because my home is a little closer then other peoples I would consider commuting just for the following years." as she continued to talk more in depth. She would continue of course towards a law school in which case she has be eager to start already.
