How do I intend to complete the final art piece?

I will first add a circle then add a rectangle for the jaw, then add the ears at the meeting point of the circle and rectangle. I will draw the hair and smoothen out the jaw to better match the image, and draw the hairline. I will add the lines for the eyes (1 where the top of the eyes are supposed to be, one at the bottom), and the nose like the eyes, then the mouth and chin. I will draw the eyes, nose and mouth using my guidelines, then mark out where I want the colours. I will use a palette knife and add the colours before submitting.
