sometimes i help her but she choose the diet for me and my family.
Usually i eat every type of food because i don't have allergies. 
In fact at my home the dish during the week change often.
For example on Monday and on Friday i usually have soup for lunch,
i don't eat a lot of sw eets or  meat during the week ,but  i have the vegetables 
for lunch and for dinner with other things like cheese or ham.

ingredients:
● 400g mixed minced meat.                     
● 1 egg        
● 40g "pancarrè"
● 60ml milk
● 1 Onion 
● 1 tuft of parsley 
● 50g "Grana padano Dop."
● 100g  "Fontina"
● q.b. breadcumb
● q.b. salt 
● q.b. blackpepper
METHOD:
1) remove the "pancarrè" crust,cut it , and put it in the milk, then wring it.
2) chop the meat and the bread and transfer the mixture in a bowl.
3) add to the mixture "Grana padano", the egg, salt,blackpepper and mix the ingredients.
4) take 20g to the mixture to make a ball with a cheese cube inside ( finish the ingredients 😂).
5) roll the meatball in the breadcrumb.
6) cook the meatballs in the oven (190°x 25 min )

This place is big and bright, here you can eat a lot of dishes like pizza or "normal" dishes like pasta,steck, salad or soup. This competition is very difficult. He was born in Emilia Romagna on 1979, he started his career on the cruise-ships where he studied  a lot of types of kitchens.
