         <description><![CDATA[<div>-Pain management strategies<br>- Switching/starting providing different pain relief medications - different to the emergency relief green whistle pain relief inhaler.<br>-Morphine + Metoclopramide injection, pt education with injection process, to reduce anxiety<br><br>Cannula vs injections<br>IV drip would be beneficial, for replacing fluids and theatre.<br><br>IM will react more rapidly, however effect will be shorter.&nbsp;Yet for a child with anxiety and perhaps hard to stay still and experiencing this pain, could IM injection be better?</div>]]></description>
