Multiple languages are a challenge for me in ENG classes.. Kids schedules are switched and sometimes the numbers in the collaborative classes are the biggest the teacher has all day versus  what they should be ...smaller...

Some GEN ED staff are better with the EC crowd than others and we often lose them to AP or HONORS classes via admin ..not staff choice... We may not have our best options with our kids...

AC Strats classes need to be balanced...numbers and need....

COMMUNICATION has been a major issue......

Classes, especially Academic Strategies (AS), should be balanced in #'s. The impact of overloaded AS should be accounted for. Teachers unwilling to listen to advice. Teachers unwilling to recognize that students with IEP's learn differently. Communication at all levels should be improved.
