I am usually alert to emails and social media, and I rarely spend time doing activities I enjoy, such as going to the park with my daughter, reading a book or magazine, or going to the swimming pool.

1.

We live in a fast-paced world where people are constantly connected to technology and the internet. I use my computer and phone both at work and at home, and I often spend my free time checking devices instead of interacting with others.

1. Problem:
Technology has become so demanding in my daily life that it negatively affects my social life and limits real interaction with others.

2. Solution:
Whenever possible, I will try to have more face-to-face conversations during lunch or family time instead of using my phone, and I will set one day at home when nobody uses electronic devices.

I frequently use technology in my lessons, including online games, digital activities, and AI tools to generate ideas or images. In my personal life, I also rely heavily on technology for learning and entertainment, as I usually listen to podcasts and read online content instead of using printed materials.

1. Problem:
Although technology enriches learning and provides easy access to information, excessive reliance on digital tools may negatively affect concentration, comprehension, memory, and meaningful interaction, both for my students and for myself.

2. Solution:
I will try to maintain a better balance between technology and traditional learning methods by incorporating more hands-on and paper-based activities that encourage interaction and communication in class. Additionally, I would like to develop the habit of reading physical books again in order to improve concentration and deeper understanding.

I used to create very similar passwords for my email and social media accounts because they were easier to remember.

1. Problem:
Using similar passwords can make my accounts more vulnerable to hacking, especially when personal information is already available online.

2. Solution:
Thanks to this course, I have learned how to create stronger and more secure passwords. I will also avoid opening suspicious links and delete personal information when using unsafe or public devices and networks.
