I think that technological advances will continue to increase like in the sector o medicine probably in the future there would be no need to open the human body to perform a surgery, maybe it might be bye x rays.
But some of the problems people are going to face would be that there will be more pollution and if the world keeps growing the way it does in the future there will be no space for many people.

It´s interesting to think about our future, how we are going to communicate with other  people, with the advances of the new technology.

There will probably be a lot of changes.

I think in 20 years we will be communicating using holograms, we could watch tv programs and smell the  food that the people is preparing, or the perfumes , or any object that appears on the  commercials.
