         <description><![CDATA[<p>Thomas Ezrin earned his undergraduate degree in history and economics from the University of California, Berkeley. After establishing his career, Thomas Ezrin furthered his education by completing executive development training at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an advanced human resources executive program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.</p><p><br/></p><p>Upon graduating from the University of California, Mr. Ezrin began his career as a tax professional in California-based firms Arthur Andersen &amp; CO., Ernst &amp; Young, and Vodafone/AirTouch Communications. In 2001, he commenced his career in human resources when he joined Visa International as the vice president of compensation and benefits. He subsequently held leadership roles at KLA-Tencor, Flextronics, and later held senior global total rewards positions at major companies such as Salesforce, PayPal, Mattel, and most recently, ResMed Inc.</p><p><br/></p><p>Outside of work, Mr. Ezrin enjoys a variety of hobbies and interests. In addition to playing golf, he is a seasoned baseball coach who has coached a competitive traveling baseball team and has mentored athletes who continued to play at high school and college tiers. Mr. Ezrin also stays active and has run in several half-marathons. A travel enthusiast who has toured Australia, and England most recently, Mr. Ezrin is particularly interested in the history of English royalty and the Anglican Church.</p><p><br/></p>]]></description>
