Phonological development is the acquisition of sounds, what happens the first moment a baby is born, the first thing he hears is the voice of his mother, of machines, of the doctor. The inner ear has the only bones in the whole body that are fully formed at birth.

First Version: called Strong version acquires the first language before puberty.
Second Version: called Weak version holds that children can learn the language at any time. 
This means that the activities, stimuli, music, sounds, words, and moments that are given in the first stage to children will create a very large link so that they can have an important linguistic development, so it is also important to mention the opportunity to consider teaching a second language in this period because the information they capture is fresh, and according to biological sciences perhaps this ability can not be acquired later in life.

  • If a baby hears the word “milk” often enough right before being fed from the bottle, he’ll soon learn what that word means. 
  • If he always hears the word “ball” right before being handed a spherical object, he’ll begin to associate “ball” with its referent.
    • A child will get the correct form of language when he observes a reinforcing behavior from those around him: a smile, a nod, or being handed a spherical object when he says "ball." All this tells you that you are thinking in the right direction.

    Dialect a version of a language spoken by a group of people. An idiolect is much smaller, it’s the way a particular person speaks, at a specific time, as distinct from others. This word is mainly used by linguists when discussing differences in speech from one person to another, while an idiolect is a person’s specific, unique way of speaking. Everyone has their very own idiolect that differs from the way other people talk.

    The lingua franca has existed for many centuries because communication is part of the natural process of living in a society, to live together, share, and be part of society is important to share respective languages, currently English is a lingua franca because it is considered one of the general languages worldwide, is used in the field of international relations, thanks to technology has a global character, and every day has more impact on the new generations, the goal would be to make it a universal language and reach the understanding of different cultures around the world.
